In just a few simple steps, you can analyze your entire book series with AutoCrit's latest innovation, the Series Analyzer.

Which step are you on?

1. Uploading Your Books.

The first step is to add all the books in your series to the AutoCrit platform. If you have already added your books to the program, click here to skip to the next step.

First, click the Upload button on your Projects Dashboard, on the right-hand side here:

Drag all your books to the gray drop area here, or click on it to select the books from your device for uploading.

If you click, you'll have the option to select multiple files in your device's file picker window, like this:

Once you've selected all the books you want to have analyzed, click the Open option at the bottom of your file picker window:

Click the drop-down option to select the folder to upload your books to:

Select the folder your series books will be uploaded to here:

If you need to create a folder, pick the last option in the drop-down list (Add New):

And then give your new folder a name:

Then, click the option to Upload to separate files, here.

If you already have your books in AutoCrit, move your books to a series folder by following the steps in this support post (point 5), then return to continue these steps.

Once you have your books in a folder, click the Add button.

Then click on Series Analysis.

That will open the Series Analyzer. You should see this on your screen:

Now you're ready for the next step!

2. Analyzing Your Books Individually.

To use the Series Analyzer, you need to have your books analyzed individually first.

Books that have been analyzed will show the Analyzer icon as shown in the image below. Books that have not been analyzed will show the warning icon.

If you have already analyzed your books, click here to go to the next step:

To analyze a book from inside the Series Analyzer, click on the book here:

Your file will open with the Analyzer Plus displayed on the right, so that you only need to click Start Analysis to have the book analyzed.

Go ahead and click Start Analysis, and give it a moment to complete.

When your analysis is done, click on the arrow in the top left-hand corner to return to your Series Analysis.

You can refresh your list here to see which files have had their analyses run since your last time in the Series Analyzer:

Once all the relevant files have been analyzed, you're ready for the next step.

3. Organizing and Running Your Series Analysis.

Click this button to refresh your book list to see that all your files have been analyzed.

Now organize your files into the order you want them to be analyzed. You can do this by clicking and dragging the files up and down the list on the left:

Now, click the checkbox on the left-hand side for all the files you want to have included in the analysis.

IMPORTANT: The Series Analyzer will produce an error notification if no books are selected for analysis.

Now you're ready for your Series Analysis.

Click Start Analysis on the Analyzer+ tab to begin.

You can also use the Alpha Reader, Beta Reader, and Market Fuel analyses options for your entire series.
