There's no magic button to export everything at once, but these steps will show you how to export everything. This is useful for working in another system or on a device that cannot be connected to the internet.

Quick links:

You can export your manuscript by following these steps:

  1. Click the Export icon under the Save icon.

  2. Click the option you want to use for export. In the example below, I used Export (.docx) to export my work as a Word document. Which downloads it to your device.

To export your Summary Report results, you can follow these instructions:

  1. Run the Summary Report in the Analysis tab.

  2. While the report is open, click the Printer icon at the top left of your screen. This will allow you to download the results to your device or print them directly.

To export your Fiction/Non-Fiction Analysis results, you can follow these instructions

  1. Open the Fiction Analyzer which can be found under the Analysis Tab.

  2. After it's completed click the 3 vertical dots in the top right-hand corner of the report.

  3. Then click "Export (.docx)" and it will download to your device's default downloads folder like the other exported options.

How to export without the Markup Formatting

If you do not want the exported results to display markup formatting(###, ** ), you can first export them to an AutoCrit Note.

Do that by following these steps:

  1. Instead of clicking the Export to .docx option above, click the Export to Note option.

  2. Then click the notes icon in the top right-hand corner.

  3. You will find your note in the "Fiction Analyzer" note board.

  4. Click the 3 vertical dots on the corner of the note, then click the export to .docx option.
