AutoCrit’s Story Analyzer Report provides a detailed analysis of your text from the perspective of a beta reader.

The Analyzer offers powerful insights into your book with chapter-level (Chapter Analysis), overall manuscript (Overall Analysis), and character-specific analyses (Character Analysis). Plus, it now includes reverse outlining capabilities (Backwards Blueprint), all available in just a few minutes.

Before running an analysis, you will need to have your manuscript chapters identified. See this article for how to work with chapters: How to Work With Chapters.

Here is a video detailing how the Analyzer works:

Some important elements to note when using this feature:

  1. It is essential to have chapters identified in your text for this feature to work properly.

  2. If you want additional details for a category, use the individual category generate button.

  3. You can export your text to the clipboard, notes, or .docx.

Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns regarding this feature.

Happy Writing!
