You can save locations in your file using bookmarks.

1st, place your cursor at the desired location in your text.

Then, access the Create Book Mark option in the right sidebar as shown here:

Name and save your bookmark as desired.

A bookmark icon should now appear in the left side of your screen at the location of your cursor as shown here:

Now you can navigate to this location at any time by choosing the Go To Bookmark option in the right sidebar as shown here:

This will bring up a menu where you can navigate to a saved bookmark or remove a saved bookmark from your list.

You can save as many bookmarks in the system as you like.
