How to Categorize My Files

This short support post will show you how to create folders and move files into them for better file and project management

To categorize files into folders, you can first create a folder by clicking the + icon next to the Projects option here, then add a folder name, and then click Create:

Once you have your folder created, click on the Uncategorized Files folder to see the files inside it. Then click the 3 vertical dots to the right of the file name to open the file menu. In the file menu, you can choose to copy your file to a folder, which will create a duplicate file, or you can move the file to the new folder, which will remove it from the Uncategorized Files folder to the one you created.

Step one is to click on the uncategorized files folder, then step 2 is to click on the 3 vertical dots next to the file name, then step 3 is to click on either the make a copy option to create a duplicate or to click on the move option to remove the file from the currrent folder into the next one.
