If you are trying to add additional pages to your front matter such as disclaimers, glossaries, etc. you can follow these instructions:

For this example, we will add a disclaimer to a memoir.

If you want to add your disclaimer after the title page, you can click the Publishing tab, then Book Details to go to the section to add front matter pages to your book:

In the Book Details settings on the right of your screen click the + icon to add a new front matter page:

Type in your disclaimer text and click Save then Save again in the save menu, once done.

Now this page will be added to your PDF or ePUB file as front matter.
