How do I Compare With Different Genres?

This article will show you how to switch your comparison options.

You can compare to a range of genres and genres by clicking on the genre here:


Then click on either Fiction or Non-Fiction Genres to choose from our list of available options.


Once you've chosen your genre, your selection will display here:

Then you can click on the Analysis tab and then the Summary Report to see a comparison between your work and your genre selection.

This will launch the report with multiple scores for various aspects of your work to compare to your genre of choice.

Please note:

Your selected genre will only be referenced by the editing reports in AutoCrit. The AI analysis features, such as the Series Analyzer, Analyzer+, and the Virtual Readers, do not refer to your selected comparison genre. These features analyze your manuscript directly.
